9. Prepare customized informational flyers for distribution to fellow realtors.
10. Candidly and honestly inform you, after every showing, of the feedback gathered from property showings and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
11. Work with the Buyer's Agent to financially pre-qualify potential purchasers seeking information about your home.
12. Present any and all offers to purchase your home in a timely manner and advise you as to the potential purchaser�s financial qualifications and any other pertinent information.
13. Complete and distribute all necessary paperwork required for the sale of your home.
14. Coordinate with the purchaser�s lender and closing attorney to ensure that all necessary certificates, loan payoff information and other paperwork are complete prior to the closing.
